POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC)
PVC produced according to an emulsion or micro-suspension process is also known as paste PVC. Emulsion PVC floor and wall coverings, synthetic leather, sealants for automotive and construction industries, toys, gloves, etc. manufacturing.
Globaltech is able to supply a range of Emulsion(E)-PVC grades for paste processing and thermoplastic processing, produced in both continuous and discontinuous polymerization processes.
SODIUM BICARBONATE
Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda, bicarbonate of soda, sodium hydrogen carbonate) is an odorless white crystalline powder. Its chemical formula is NaHCO3.
It is primarily used in cooking (baking), where it reacts with other ingredients to release carbon dioxide, which helps the dough rise. It is used in the paint removal process called soda-blasting, serves as one of the important raw materials in the production of sole rubber and artificial leather, leather making (leather tanning and neutralization), textile industry (finishing of silk and cotton fabrics).
DOP OIL
Dioctyl phthalate or DOP oil is one of the most important plasticizers of various types of PVC granular powder. DOP is a type of plasticizer that softens binders used in inks and coatings, increasing their flexibility.
It is widely used as a plasticizer in the manufacture of articles made of PVC. Plastics may contain 1% to 1 % DOP. It is also used as hydraulic fluid and dielectric fluid in capacitors. DOP also finds use as a solvent in light bars.
STABILIZER
Liquid Stabilizers are used in various applications of flexible PVC, such as extruded profiles, injection molds, footwear, extruded hoses and plastics (flooring, wall coverings, synthetic leather, coated fabrics, toys) Eco-friendly liquid stabilizers are designed for PVC compounds as a result of global challenges and environmental awareness and Ca-Zn to meet special needs such as good initial color, long-lasting stability, good transparency, good printing.
Barium zinc stabilizer provides long-term thermal resistance to rigid PVC. It is recommended for transparent and opaque compounds and is widely used in the synthetic leather industry.
COATING PAPER
Protective paper used as a protector on the back of adhesive labels, film carriers or both, which can be easily separated after the desired pattern is adhered to the relevant surfaces.
Adhesive papers are used in other specialized applications such as artificial leather, coated fabrics, laminates and engineering films.
